Our handy little guide to some of the questions you might have about your big day:

*How long does it take to order a dress?

A Bridal Gown will take 18-20 weeks to arrive at the store.

A Bridesmaid Dress will take 10-12 weeks to arrive.

A Mother Dress will take 10-12 weeks to arrive.

**Remember when ordering a dress you will need to add 4-6 weeks to your order time for alterations, which are extra.

**Remember that we ask that you pick up your dress within 30 days of being notified of its arrival

**Remember when ordering a dress you will need to pay half down the day of ordering. (The Half Down is Non-Refundable)

**Remember we order all dresses for a wedding party at the same time so that the colors will come from the same dye lot and the colors will be the same.

*Do you offer alterations?

Yes, Once your dress arrives, we will call you to come in to try it on.  If alterations are needed an appointment will be set up with the seamstress. All alterations will be an extra cost and prices will be set by seamstress.

**Remember all alterations are by appointment only. 

**Remember your dress must be paid in full.

**Remember you will need to have your shoes and any  

undergarments with you the day of your fitting.

*How are measurements accomplished?

Since each dress company fits uniquely, we will have you try on several dresses from the company you are purchasing from.  After we have narrowed it down to a close size we will also take measurements of you and compare them to our sizing chart to reach the closest fit possible.

**Remember when it comes to dresses , We will try our best to get you in the best size possible, however some alterations may be necessary. 

*Can I cancel my dress order?

Your gown has been custom ordered for you, therefore no cancellation can be accepted after your gown is ordered. Please read your order agreement carefully when signing.  By signing this agreement and placing your 50% Down Payment, you agree to style, size, color, price and our store policy that all sales are final.

*What is a discontinued dress?

Discountinued means that the manufacturer no longer makes the dress.  Unfortunately the dress can no longer be ordered into the store and we can only sell what we have in stock.

*Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment is necessary at All About Brides, however if you  make an appointment we can set aside a special time just for you. Weekday appointments offer the greatest flexibility and privacy. 

*What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit.
